Ikigai is giving meaning and joy to your life, finding, implementing aligned life projects and professional projects.

You are a student, future student, you are about to embark on your professional life or choose studies. Or you are an adult, already at work, looking for a job, a salaried worker who wishes to change paths or become self-employed.

We have spent months of reflection and awareness. The opportunity is given to us to think, discuss, implement a series of projects that resemble us, nourish us. Let's welcome her!

For 2 days, I suggest you ask yourself, take the time to integrate your feelings, your emotions, your intuitions and choose, dare to be you, talk about yourself, your desires, what you envision for the world and the place you intend to occupy in the middle of nature and in contact with horses. 

CONTENT

For 2 days we will work on your why?, your ikigai, understand what motivates you and what slows you down to allow you to lay the foundations for a professional project that will give you energy and that makes sense because this project , will only come from you.

An individual follow-up and a personalized action plan can also be offered to you after the course if you feel the need.

WHO AM I?

I am Diana Van Oudenhoven, I am the founder of Kaleid'HorseCoop and co-founder of Les Bienveilleuses. I am 41 years old and I have already had many different and exciting professional lives. I accompany people, groups, companies towards what makes them vibrate. I want to amaze and amaze myself, that's my verb.

I am a Holistic Coach, Equi-coach and Facilitator, I will animate these 2 days of workshop and I will make you travel towards yourself thanks to professional coaching tools of course, but also thanks to a reconnection to Nature, to the Living , mindfulness and last but certainly not least the equi-coaching or coaching facilitated by the Horse (WHICH IS NOT EQUESTRIAN AT ALL NO ONE RIDES A HORSEBACK AND NEEDS TO KNOW THE HORSES BEFORE) in an enchanting setting and cozy on the outskirts of Brussels.
