Ikigai is giving meaning and joy to one's life, finding, implementing aligned life projects and professional projects.

During an online half-day limited to 4 people, we will understand what motivates you and what holds you back so that you can lay the foundations for a life and professional project that will give you energy and make sense because that this project will only come from you. At the end of this online exploration, we will make an appointment again for an individual session to test your ikigai with the horses.
