Find your ikigai 2 days

Ikigai is giving meaning and joy to your life, finding, implementing aligned life projects and professional projects.

You are a student, future student, you are about to embark on a professional life or to choose studies. Or you are an adult, already at work, looking for a job, a salaried worker who wishes to change careers or become self-employed.

For 2 days, I suggest you ask yourself, take the time to integrate your feelings, your emotions, your intuitions and choose, dare to be you, talk about yourself, your desires, what you envision for the world and the place you plan to occupy; all in the middle of nature and in contact with horses. 

Content

For 2 days we will work on your why?, your ikigai, understand what motivates you and what holds you back to allow you to lay the foundations for a life and professional project that will give you energy and that will make sense because that this project, will only come from you. 

This work will be done in groups for two days. After which, I will give you an appointment for an individual to constellate your ikigai. This session is included in this offer and we will agree together on the date that suits us best. Individual follow-up and a personalized action plan can also be offered for you or your business project after the internship if you feel the need.

Who am I? 

If you are on this site, you will have read that I am Diana Van Oudenhoven, Founder of Kaleid'HorseCoop and co-founder of Les Bienveilleuses. I am 42 years old and I have already had many different and exciting professional lives. I accompany people, groups, companies towards what makes them vibrate. I want to amaze and amaze myself, that's my verb.

I am a Holistic Coach, Equi-coach and Facilitator, I will animate these 2 days of workshop and I will make you travel towards yourself thanks to professional coaching tools of course, but also thanks to a reconnection to Nature, to the Living , mindfulness and last but certainly not least the equi-coaching or coaching facilitated by the Horse (WHICH IS NOT EQUESTRIAN AT ALL NO ONE RIDES A HORSEBACK AND NEEDS TO KNOW THE HORSES BEFORE) in an enchanting setting and cozy on the outskirts of Brussels.

MODALITIES:

- 215 euros per participant – group limited to 4 people! reserve your place without delay – opening hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – break from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Plan your lunch. – drinks and biscuits provided during the day
