Transmute emotional wounds

The emotional wounds are multiple and literally eat us up. Loss of energy, dark thoughts, feeling of loneliness, loss of joy in life, depression. It is a perpetual confinement, repetitions and patterns in which it is difficult to evolve alone.  

I suggest that you recognize them and develop more harmonious relationships with yourself and others thanks to the Horse, systemics and mindfulness. For two days, the time of a weekend and in a small group limited to 4 people, we will explore who we are, where we can go, what cries out in us.  

We all go through painful episodes of feelings of abandonment, rejection, betrayal. We live through trauma. We even develop toxic relationships or we have the displeasure of finding ourselves systematically in front of the same type of individuals in our romantic, family and even at work relationships. 

We do not always become aware then of what is really going on in us, focusing instead on the other and their shortcomings, their insults, their absences, forgetting under the effects of pain that we have a lesson to learn, a behavior to transform and that we can even change the game and move towards healthier people and relationships. 

Freedom, joy, serenity are at hand, breath, self-awareness, positioning in energy and space. 

That's what horses teach me every day. That's what I want to pass on to you this weekend and beyond. 

This workshop will take place in the open air in the presence of the horses. 

Lunch is not included. Hot drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
